  1. What do you mean by 'alcoholic personality'?

There is no such thing as an alcoholic personality. A person might be vulnerable to addictions, but that doesn't mean just alcohol.

If people are an alcoholic, which is different, then they are already using a great amount of alcohol.

There is alcohol everywhere, illegal or not. Alcoholic drinks are pretty easy to make, and they are also made in Islamic countries. The danger is that especially the spirits can be badly made and thereby highly poisonous.

So, someone who is an alcoholic, drinks alcohol. No matter where he lives.

  2. They either don't go to countries that ban alcohol, or they suffer until they can leave.

  3. be more resourceful. be with people with the same habit and im pretty sure alcohol is just around the corner.hehehe

  4. They make their own, smuggle it in or find someone to do one of the two. Same with this country during Prohibition, same in every country where alcohol is illegal.

Wine isn't hard to make, it's just challenging to make -well-. You could create some crappy booze in your basement in about a week if you knew how and if you're motivated to know how you'll figure it out.
