What do people with no eyes "see"?

I recently watched a show about a boy whose eyes had to be taken out due to cancer. It got me thinking about what exactly people who have no eyes "see". If they have no eyes, they obviously cannot see black or darkness like people with eyes see when we close our eyes. What kind of image do they form in their minds if they cannot see? Do they just remember what they have seen from their previous experiences in life? What if they have been completely blind since birth? Thank you in advance.

  1. They only see imajes that are in their memory

  2. I have no idea but I've always wanted to know the same thing and also what do deaf people think? Like when we think we hear a littl voice inside our heads but if they can't hear then how'd they know what the voice is saying? Or do they see sign language in their heads? Just some questions I guess we'll never really know the answer to unless we experience them.
