What do property agents want on a website?

Do they really need a website to post their property? if yes what are the features on the website do you want?

Location, details & photos of the property are essenitial.

But hard to come by any good property website so far....(in Singapore)

To all property agents:

Just put what ever info you have, both good and bad one.

Its a good way to use website to help to promote sales. It also help to reduce cost on other ads, like fryers.

My advise:

Maybe cut down on fryers and news paper ads.

As for myself, whenever I opened letter box or see property fryers that stuck at my gate, there is only one designation, dustbin.

For sure, without reading it I'll throw at once.

And I'll skip all pages on property in news paper.

As for me, I'll get someone I know or friends and relative who had use the agent's svc before to do my transaction.

I will NEVER use a stranger who print beautiful pic, high sales recorded or even higher selling price to do my transaction.
