  1. push ups stretchen your core muscles like your biceps, triceps, abs and pectorals. Stick with 3 sets of 12 every 2 days for 4 weeks and see what that does.

  2. No.  That won't help.  If endless repetition alone would increase strength, then you could lift a can of corn all day long and get stronger.  Push-ups are great, but you will only get stronger by lifting more weight.  Just don't overdo it.  It takes a long time to recover from an injury where you overdid it.

  3. Push Ups work  your Pec's and Triceps  also your body core as you are holding a bridge position  as you do them.

Biceps are worked with back doing pull ups.

Doing push u ps each day will get you a little stronger and raise  your endurance in those muscles.

As for weight you can Bench that also depends on age & development of body & Genetics.

  4. ithelp in the t**t y area

  5. You're not going to increase your bench press by 50% in two weeks.  Push ups will help, but not that fast, and it depends on your body weight.  Doing push ups when you weigh 120 is not the same as when you weigh 180.  Push ups work the triceps brachii, pectoralis major, and anterior deltoids.  Not biceps, not abs.

  6. follow this and your bench press will almost double in 6 weeks.

do 1 week of intense pushups training to prepare your rotar cuff for heavy loads.before starting this. . to get max gains start this after your pushup routine, go for a 5 week plan, lifting max weight.lift lighter weight first to warm up and prevent injury 1st week, 5 reps x 5 sets. 2nd week 4x4-more weight each week, do the max you can do with that amount of reps and sets. 3rd week-3x3. 4th-2x2. 5th 1(your max bench press) lift every 3rd day.
