What do "Power-U", "C-Cypher" and "Father-U" mean? Heard them in hip-hop songs and never found the meanings.?

I've heard these words in songs by the Wu-Tang Clan and Gang Starr, as far as I remember. Songs like Cappadonna feat. Ghostface Killah - '97 Mentality, Gang Starr - Above the Clouds feat. Inspectah Deck and Method Man - All I Need feat. Mary J. Blige to name a few. I think they're related to Islam and the Five Percenters, but I want to know for sure. Thanks in advance.
