What do repeated pregnancy dreams mean?

For the last couple of nights every dream I've had has had a character tell me to my face "You're pregnant." I am already a single parent of a 2 year old, am on birth control and am not having s*x. I've been looking at different angles but can't figure out what it could mean.

Being a single mom is stressful.  I would imagine that when you first heard the news, there was alot of surpise, fear, joy and stress.  The news was probably shocking at first.  Those thoughts and feelings are still within the memory of your mind and your mind is just now sorting through it, probably because now, after 2 years, you are in a place where you can now deal with all those feelings that you probably didn't  have a chance to deal with before.
