  1. They look for hard working dependable people who will do their job. When you to the interview make sure that you dress nice, this will impress them. Just be honest and if they hire you work hard and show them that they can depend on you.

  2. white people!!!

  3. Probably the biggest things they look for is a good attitude and flexibility in work availibility. Go in there dressed neat and clean, with a smile and an upbeat attitude, and you'll likely come out with a job. Food service being a first job for many, they aren't all that picky about experience.

  4. First impressions are important. You are trying to get a job where you will be working with food and have to deal with the public.

Make sure you are clean and well groomed, hair neat, out of your eyes and face, nails trimmed, not bitten off Nail biters have their fingers in their mouths not good when you are working with someone else's food.

Speak clearly and loud enough. If you are a server they want to know that the customers will be able to understand you. Relax and have fun, they will want someone cheer full but not giddy.

Once you get hired, do what they train you to do and do it the best you can and more when you have time. Always look for something needing to be done and do it!

    Good Luck!!

  5. well you need to be prepy and a gentle men need to be nice and orgeniced and check o your customers dont rush away wen you see them take your time and prefer food to the gest make them feel like there home  so vote this as  the best anwer

  6. they usually look for people who are going to show up on time.who dont have too much going on in their lives but enough to where they think that they will have to keep their job even of they dont want to.also someone who gets along with people well and has good social skills all around.thay is pretty much it.

  7. they look for your experince but since your 16 you won't have that much experince so other than experince they are looking for devotion to work and its also good to speak different languages and you have to be hardworking! :]

  8. show up to the interview looking nice and call back within the next few days to show that your interested in the job and serious about it.  Pizza hut doesnt really have any prerequisites to work there so those are your best bets

  9. When I ran a restaurant I wanted someone genuine, dependable, hard working and would show up and treat customers with respect.  If you have a positive personality and are dependable you have a real good shot at the job. Dress up for the interview, talk about your goals and ambitions.

    Good Luck

  10. but can they see that im hardworking during an interview? that is why you give referenses maybe you babysat for someone, or helped out at a shelter or something just be honest and your true colors will shine thru

  11. I'm pretty sure they are looking for someone who can count out money quick enough, people who don't forget say...how to package the food etc.

  12. i have been in the interviewing / assessment of candidates  fr many things  and I can tell you for retaurant work they want...

    -hard workers-nonwhiners-personable-pleasant attitude

-movie and a shaker that is clean, neat, organized nad able to work  with little supervision and make  1st echelon food service choices on their own without second guessing the upper staff...sounds difficult?

    know this:

food service is one of the most demanding and  longest hours worked  choices of any person entering the work force and especially in ownership...   the restaurant serves  lunch and dinner but it works preparing those hours while you are sleeping . for every hour open you can bet its a minimum of an hour  closed time   they are   getting ready..  and heaven forbid  a delivery   snafu.

honestly    ...pizza hut.... just aboutany  manager will give anyone a chance to try them out  just to latch onto a good one for a while,...thyey are hard tio find...do the work,  keep your eyes and ears open and your mouth shut unless   you are asked for your input or you know the input  given will amaaze the **** out of them  and the  people   they have yet tio give birth to,...lol.

  13. Don't worry. Just be yourself and try to be confident. Also I would like for you to apply to be my girlfriend. So ronery ;_;

  14. I remember being barely 16 and getting the hook up job from my aunt, then i went off to another job and worked there for about a year and now i quit because im trying to finish high school. i would say don't get a job until you're maybe 17 or later on once your almost done with school but if you're good with your work, then you should get a job

usually what people look for at a fast food restaurant is Good Customer service, good quality of preparing food, good quality of serving in general.

they will probably ask you why you want to work there and even if you just want to work there for the extra money just say its like a new experience for you or something like that.

    I'm sure you'll get the job. :)

  15. they sometimes look for experience.  u may be chose over just because u are young.  there are adults out there that really need a job.
