Well, that would depend on what is on the sandwich and what kind of bread you use. There is just no way to say what nutrients are in a sandwich unless we know the ingredients. Sorry

you have to look at the nutrition facts on the back of the bread bag,

and the nutrition facts on the peanut butter, jelly, cheese, meat, mayonaisse, whatever else you put in it.

all sandwiches are not created equal.

and if it's a sandwich from a restaurant then if you ask them they should have nutrition facts on it for you.  or on a website somewhere.
