What do scene kids listen to?

At first i thought it was sick deathcore like Suicide silence, Dr. acula, and ****. But now i hear its bands like Death Cab for a Cutie, All time Low, and more. Do they listen to both?

scene kids listen to anything as long as its good.

They don't listen to the mainstream unless the song is very impressive.

Yes, scene kids listen to deathcore music but they also listen to Death Cab for Cutie. It almost like an inborn instinct of theirs, they pick and choose bands that seem, "cool"

most of which fall into the category of "metal" at times and even "rock"

the scene kids i know listen to a lot of alternative poppish music like Cobra Starship and Danger Radio, Say Anything etc. Check out some ska also. The music varies with the individual. As a side note, they don't find any particular interest in music lie, "Souldja Boy" and "Low."

'scene' is associated with 'indie' and 'alternative' now, so sure, whatever you feel falls into that catagory.

Aside the point, I love All Time Low, listening to Poppin' Champagne right now XD
