  1. i agree with Juan. it does feel like your about to brake your shins if you take any more steps. when this happens, find a place to stop to sit down and stretch. the best that worked for me was pointing my toes away from my body and rubbing my legs with some pressure. you'll feel your muscle starting to feel a little bit better.


  2. Feels Worse than muscle soreness!!

    feels like the bone is breaking!

  3. ongoing, concentrated pain in your shins. if you hit it against something then it hurts like no other. your shins also swell up and feel like they're going to break when you try to keep working out.
