What do teachers do at teacher training?

What do you mean teacher training? If you mean the 4 years throughout college, they do learn about bullying, teasing, and harrasments. We also learn about how to handle different situations in which there may be an altercation. There is no class that really tells you how to talk to teenager per sa.
