  1. well... for me, i listen to music and start flexing my body in all possible directions. i also like walking a lot... and fast... it gets all the strain out and clears the head.

  2. go to the pub or ride a motorbike

  3. Junk food was my sin of choice.

Lunchroom ladies made the best cinnamon rolls in the world, and the day went downhill from there.

Scarin' little kids used to be fun.  Paddling was a good stress release, but like somebody mentioned, that went out of style.  So, I just pretended I was crazy and might smack 'em anyway.  They never quite knew when I might drop off the edge.

  4. Just like anyone else...hobbies, time with friends and family, etc.

  5. I don't understand why people are freaking out over the humor in the answers supplied to the question and giving them bad ratings....

Teachers do normal things to relieve stress, some great, some maladaptive...

Just like normal people, they go to happy hour, hang out with their kids and family, eat junk food, exercise, have s*x, garden, meditate, go to church.... it just depends on what relaxes them!

In essence, everything everyone else does!

  6. Drink

  7. Well, now they're not allowed to beat the kids anymore, then drinking is an alternate option.

Otherwise they do the same as anyone else - exercise, s*x, socializing, etc.
