It varies from guy to guy.

Personally I like my girls to be about average weight (not too skinny yet not fat), to have a nice face, a nice voice (if the voice is annoying then it's hard to enjoy a conversation with them), and a nice personality (the personality makes them enjoyable to communicate with. If you can't enjoy them then all you want them for is s*x or impressing others. It'll never last)
