What do terminators use to kill bees and how does it kill them?

I just had terminix kill some bees at my house and I was just wondering what they used on the bees and how it killed them.

The best way to know is to contact the Terminix Branch that serviced your home and ask to speak to the Service Manager.  He will tell you of the product used and will explain in detail what can and cannot be done in dealing with flying insects such as bees.  There is only so much you can do with flying insects and a direct kill is necessary.

well, by law they would of left behind a ticket with what chemical was used, at what percentage it was used and the amount used

every office will be run by a branch manager that will use what he thinks will make his branch a profit...different offices may actually use different products but in general most insecticides used for bees will effect the insects nervous system
