  1. dunno

  2. Instead of creating their own food, such as a plant via sunlight and water and carbon dioxide, they consume something in order to survive. In the case of fungi they consume a cellulose product such as wood or tree bark in some cases, and animals eat grass, leaves, or other animals. So fungi do not perform photosynthesis, they consume a plant or animal material as do animals.

  3. They both are composed of cells, and neither has seeds.

  4. They are both multi-cellular organisms.  However, fungi are stationary, while animals move.

  5. All i know, is that fungi are parasites, that live off their host animal or plant. They reproduce by spreading spores that for the most part are wind borne.

  6. Some Fungi,  are animal-like, meaning they are hetero trophs, and eat other organisms to survive =). They're multi-cellular too meanning they have more than 1 cell.

  7. Both get put in the dark and covered with fertilizer? (joke, sorry, I don't know... do they both utilize or metabolize oxygen maybe???)
