What do the United Nations fight for?

I need to do a project on a topic that the united nations fight for. I want something more unique...like not the obvious like pauverty.

  2. The U.N fights for world peace and says anyone can join as long as the not terrorists or communists. But even now there are communists and terrorist countries that have joined and are able to vote. Now I'm not for us having a U.N. don't missunderstand me. but That's not just.

  9. You have a major problem.  They do not fight for anyone except themselves and their power and their greed.   They line their pockets and do nothing.  Even when they pass resolutions, they never back them up, so nobody listens.

    They are inept, and impotent.
