  1. Shunt regulator made with an SCR  TYN410 is not a transistor but an SCR - Silicon Controlled Rectifiers.

    400V/10A

    Part  Number  : TYN410


  2. Not much. Manufacturers make up numbers as they please.

    In this case, the 4 means it is a 400 volt device (TYN600 is the 600 volt version)

    T may have something to do with thyristor (or it may not)
