What do the food servers wear at medieval times dinner & tournament?

The whole idea of eating there is to be "transported" back in time to those times.

Everyone would be dressed realistically according to the position within society they were supposed to play.

A Medieval times setting would not seem real if the servers are dressed in shorts and t-shirts, or typical uniform attire.

they wear costumes.. and the one we went to. They give you a whole small chicken thing. A baked potatoe, a goblet of drink of your choice. and something elese i dont remember. It was ALOT of food. haha but it was all good and i even caught a rose from the "green knight"
