What do these Arabic Islamic phrases mean?

Astagfurallah (different people spell it differently. Which one's the right one?)

Insh'allah

alhamduillah

A'udu bilamin el shaitan el rajim

These are what come to memory. Any other common daily phrases also welcome.

  1. Subhanalla :                                      How perfect Allah is  (Glory to be Allah )        

    Mashallah :                                       That which Allah wills (will come to pass)

    Astaghfirullah :                                 I ask Allah for forgiveness

    Insh'allah :                                        If Allah wills

    alhamduillah:                                   All the praises and thnks be to Allah

    A'udu bilamin el shaitan el rajim     I take refuge with Allah, from the accursed devil.(Satan)

    MashAllah - By his grace and mercy.. some over use both!

    Astugfarallah - may he forgive

    InshAllah - only by his will

    Al hamdoullah - thank Allah for the good and bad

    Allah remove the devil from my sight

    translation and meaning so  you will get many english versions some are closer than others but none replace the words in arabic.

    Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem = in the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful

    *before starting anything and everything.

    Subhaanallah (soob-haan-al-loh) = All praise be to Allah/ Glory be to Allah

    *when simply praising Allah for all matters, and all things.

    Mashallah (maa-shal-loh) = As Allah has willed it/ by the mercy of Allah

    *when praising someone's deeds, properties, looks etc.

    Astaghfirullah (as-taaG-firool-loh) = I ask forgiveness from Allah

    *when repenting to Allah in general or upon hearing a thing unpleasant.

    Inshallah (inshal-loh) = Allah willing / if Allah wills (in the future)

    *when you are planning to do a thing or making a promise.

    Alhamdulillah (al-Haamdu-lil-laah) = All thanks be to Allah/ praise is for Allah

    *when you are greatful to Allah for what you have and don't have.

    A'udu billahi minash shaitawnir rajeem (A'oo-thoo bil-laahi minash shai-taw-nir-rajeem) = I take refuge with Allah from the cursed shaitaan

    *can be said anytime to keep shaitaan away.

    Qadarallah (Qaw-daral-loh) = decree of Allah

    *to be said when something bad happens

    Allahuakbar (Al-law-hu-akbar) = Allah is the Greatest.

  5. subhanallah means- its making Allah pure.............i dont know how to explain how to use it, but i say it when i see the sky is beautiful (along with mashallah), or when you realize something happens for a reason.

    mashallah means- it is God will, or Gods willing...........you say it when you think something is beautiful or like you dont want to jinx it.

    astughfirallah means- like to seek forgiveness.............you say it when you hear or see or do something horrible.

    alhumdilillah means- like thank God............you used it when you are thankfull for something you have or dont have, obviously, lol.

    A'udu bilamin el shaitan el rajeem means- i seek refuge in allah from the shaitan............you used it when you feel the shaitan is trying to trick you.

    Masya allah means Allah is the greatest beautiful creator

    Astagfirullah means  Allah is the greatest forgiveness giver

    Inshaallah means if Allah gives permission or consent or agree or approval

    Alhamdulillah means thank to Allah who has given us favourable condition

    Audzubillah himinaashaitan nir rojim means  asking for Allah's protection from the cruel shaitans (iblises)
