  1. It is league settings:

    Head to Head means that each week you will play against another team and be ranked in 10 categories.  The team with the most points in each category wins.  You could end up the week 5-5 or something similar.  That goes into a win/loss total to be added up during the season.

    Points only would mean the points you earn for certain categories are added up and you go up/down the league standings based on points.

    Casual is for people who don't play very often or make a lot of changes to their line-ups each week.

    Competitive are for people who are really into the league and spend lots of extra time trying to keep up their team and make it the best possible team and give them a chance to win the league.
