What do these little white dots mean?

please do not answer this question if you're going to say something about weed being the devil.

I'm looking at this bud I just purchased and there are

little white dots on it..what does this mean?

Its a really leafy nug but on the leaves

there are little white dots.

maybe its laced?

mold, hair, or crystals.

if its wet or damp, its probably mold. Though it could be bug eggs too. "whiteflies lay large white eggs which can be seen on the undersides of leaves. they spread black soot, molds, and other diseases." (page 36 of 47)  "aphids- leave behind a white shell when molting, on the undersides of leaves and stems" (34/47)

They can also be spidermites.

Could be overfertilization, or nutrient deficiency.

After looking all this over, I suggest trying to take off the bumps and feel it. If its squishy or wet-like, I wouldn't mess with it. If its hard, its probably crystals, or laced.
