What do these red lights mean on a dishwasher?

My dishwasher is BAUKNECHT GSXP 7988. Recently the 2 red LED indicators have lit up but they are not explained anywhere in the user manual. Does anyone know what they could mean? I've posted the photos of the LEDs below:

Difficult to tell from the photos, but, it could be the salt resorvoir for the softener or the rinse aid compartment need refilling.  I have a German Miele machine and I have red lights come on for these two things (although mine does say 'salt' and 'rinse aid' beside the relevant lights.
