ok well theres this guy and pretty often he stares at me and whenever we talk he laughs and smiles and asks to do something for you.

Augh, totally!!! He like you. He cant control his feelings so he is always laughing. He thinks you are so amazing that he smiles all the time!! You should feel special and know someone really likes you!
