What do these symptoms fit for a female healthwise?

My friend asked me what this could mean -

She's been getting nausea, abdominal pain,she feels feverish although she doesn't have a fever. She's been having these symptoms for about 5 nights she said. She wants to vomit but she can't. She's also constantly exhausted. She's on the pill, so we're assuming it's not pregnancy.

Nothing is 100% she should take a pregnancy test. I conceived while on the pill. If she is not, the pill itself may not be agreeing with her.

birth control is NOT 100%.

so if she is having unprotected s*x, even if he pulls out, she could still be pregnant. she needs to take a pregnancy test.

if she takes one and its negative, then she probably just has a bug
