  1. Lime water - saturated calcium hydroxide solution

  2. i think your  gettin us to do your homework, lol

av a look on wikipedia... it's brill for explanations

  3. Fermentation: where yeasts (either introduced or already present) break down the sugar in a product like grain, fruit, etc and give off alcohol as a result.

Respiration is the process by which oxygen gets into the bloodstream and the carbon dioxide produced by the body is expelled. Breathing and circulation.

Irreversible? Can't be undone. To kill someone is irreversible, you can't bring them back to life

    lime water? not sure

Rotting: where bacteria (bugs) break down things into smaller pieces and natural materials like wood, leaves, and flesh are returned to the soil

Rusting: where oxygen in the air (or water) joins together with metal, mainly iron or steel and forms a different chemical= rust, other wise known as Iron Oxide!

Crude oil is the broken down remains of plants and animals that lived millions of years ago; after being buried this long, they turned into crude oil, which is a revolting black substance found in the rock in various parts of the world. Once crude has been seperated by heat and turned into all its seperate components like Petrol , Diesel, and heavier oils, it's known as refined oil

extracting usually applies to mining, unless you are asking about chemical processes?

    Iron oxide is rust.
