What do they ask on the phone test for CVS employees?

i work at CVS and my boss said i have to come in today to take a test on the things in my booklet. i'm going to have to call a phone number and answer questions that a machine asks me, but i haven't looked at the CVS booklet and i lost it. does anybody know what they ask?

  1. IT's not really a test...

    One of the phone numbers you call just asks whether or not you read the harassment policy and an employee respect policy or not.  (I belive it's called the code of conduct policy)You enter your social security # and then press 1 for yes.  Sometimes the manager will call this in for you instead.

    Another phone # in the book is about questions on what SSS stands for and about the company mission statement.   There's six very easy multiple-choice questions... the actual questions are listed on the last page of the book you lost, and the answers you can find by just flipping through it.  It'll probably take no mnore than ten minutes.   (You have to get all 6 right, because if you get just one wrong, you will have to do it all over again!)

    Just ask the manager or supervisor for new book, it's not a big deal.
