  1. It has been my experience in doing auditions over the years that anything can happen! And I always got questions about a wide range of topics... Not all related to the audition or even acting.. So be prepared to be conversive and at least interesting. Also, yes, THERE ARE terms in acting like any profession. And you may be hit with them when you enter your  audition. For example, on more then one audition I was asked to take my mark promptly upon entering the audition space. The director gave me my eye-line, and asked for my slate prior to first take!!! I've also asked questions (Yes, you can ask questions of the auditors too)..... in acting terms.

  2. I'm not sure what you mean.  You dont necessarily need to know any "terms".  Just have a good headshot/resume.  It isn't like an interview, they don't necessarily ask you any questions.  More often than not you just walk in do your thing and leave.  The most you usually get out of them is "hi" and then "thank you".  If you're lucky they might ask you a question referring to your resume which is in front of them about a skill or experience you might have.  That's really about it.

  3. actinginfo.blogspot.com and talentagents.blogspot.com are great sites check them out and search around the info you need wont jsut pop up infront of you ut for agents go to table of contents and click city nearest you.
