Arachnologist is correct.  However the study also includes most of the rest of the arachnids, such as scorpions, whip scorpions, harvestman, tailless whip scorpions, camel spiders, exc.  However, it does not include the order of ticks and mites (Acarina).  The study of ticks and mites is called acarology, so someone who studies ticks and mites would be called an acarologist.
