What do they call these?

i dont have a pic but i can describe it

it has a big round circle at the top with a buch of ribbons hanging from it and it say happy birthday! and the ribbons that are haning down ur friends come around and pin money to it!

i know were to get them from hobby lobby

but does any1 know wat there called most people say mexicans do it!

but i would jsut like to know wat its called thnx!

I have not seen this, but it seems like a version of a money tree.  For baby or bridal showers the ribbons to attach money are tied to an umbrella.  I have never heard of a specific name for these.

Hobby Lobby sells wreath circles, metal hoops and embroidery hoops that can be used to make what you're describing, but to my knowledge they do not have anything specific for just that purpose.
