And what kind of jewlery do they use.. is that a basic eyebrow ring?

idk if it has a specific name. just a horizontal lip surface piercing? and it looks like a simple curved banana barbell =]

That could be two labret piercings.

But I'm guessing it's just a surface piercing below the lip. If so it's either a curved barbell or a surface bar.

That almost has to be two seperate piercings with labret studs in them.

Why?

Because a surface piercing there would NEVER heal and would reject so quickly and angrily that no professional piercer would perform it. The lip stretches several directions durring daily life and it stretches/flexes often. There is just no way for your body to accept a surface piercing in that spot. Unless of course you don't use your mouth at all.

There are simple solutions to 99% of the piercing photos you see. Our bodies heal much better when we work with them and do things the easy  way. A prime example is putting the pictured look together with two labret studs in matched piercings.
