  1. well they test your vision... numb your eyes so they can look in back of them... to look in back of them they just shine a little light and to numb them they just use eye drops, nothing hurts.

thats about all that happens. hope i helped

  2. um they just put some eye drops to dialate your eyes. then they shine a light on them to check your vision. dont worry it doesnt hurt at all. your eyes feel kinda funny after they are dialated but it'll get back to normal soon.

  3. 1. check your vision

    2.  check some other stuff like peripheral vision, pupil reaction, check pressure in your eyes...etc

    3.  measure to see if you need a prescription for distance or near

    4.  examine the front portion of your eye with a microscope

    5.  put a few drops in your eyes to dilate your pupil (which means to make the black part of your eye larger)

    6.  examine the in side of your eyes (your retina, and optic nerve) with a light and a magnifying lens.

    that's the basic eye exam

  4. i'm going out on a limb here...i could be wrong...examine your eyes!

  5. It is very important to have your eyes checked. One of the parts of the exam is when they test for glaucoma. See the website all about vision and you'll learn more about your eyes.

If you are putting off getting an eye exam--DON'T...
