What do they do with crash test cars after they test them?

once the are all destroyed, what do they do with them?

Scrap yard.  Although I'm sure there's some illegal black market sales of wrecked cars going on.  The majority of the crash test vehicles are sent to the scrap yard after all of the analization is completed.

after they have taken all the data info... they take a part the car and use some parts....

They do not use any of the parts off of these cars for anything because of liability, these cars are just destroyed after all data has been gathered......................
