What do they look like?

Okay, I haven't watched Death Note for two whole months and I forget what they all look like. Please help me and tell me what they look like! Thanks!

This has two types... one is this..  A person while on his deathbed and he has some desires about properties or something else will say to do, since he will be no more within a few hours..  this the relations may hear,  or if crores of properties there, he may sign before an advocate or notary public and it will have effect, since it is legally done.   In the 2nd..i mean as per your question, this note will not take effect, unless the writer has the person's face in their mind.  it is generally called a note or will and this relates most probably about the properties, or jewels concerned.  you say you forgot for the past 2 months, and it is now seems to be not correct to see the writing and that note may tell to give effect immediately or within a month and if so, what will be your action.  if no time frame given, there is a chance to implement.  Another major point, when some may write a death note when he is alright and with full good physique and the note will come into effect after his death, but he should do legally, and just leaving a paper written fully have not effect.
