  1. it depends on what kind of school you are entering/what you are majoring in. if its a school of the arts then i suggest you sumbit a sample work of your artwork


  2. They want to see a file you created/edited with PS and/or Illustrator (both graphic design software created by Adobe, standard in the field).

    Which I think is odd for a school application (depending on the level of the school of course). I would guess you learn the programs there... Especially if you're not a professional already (= learned to use the stuff somewhere) and don't have a job (depending on your age, like being fresh out of school) it's almost impossible to afford those programs...PS is over 600 $....

    But they seem to have quite a high standard (wanting people to already know about the programs) and if you don't even know about their requirements you might want to look for one with more basic lessons...  I, e. g., learned to use PS and Illustrator in school not before...

  3. You can send them a digital file of your photoshop/illustrator work or "nice" print outs....  they want to see what level you are at with your work...
