  5. A fighter's 'prime' is the peiod of a boxer's career where he has reached his maximum potential, and is fighting to the best of his possible ability.

When I fighter is 'past' his prime his reflexes are usually slower, power is less and so on.

A fighter who has yet to reach his prime, usually has the speed reflexes and punching power that he will use in his prime, but lacks the ring experience and knowledge to fight to the best of his ability.

  6. It means the time when he was at his best, e.g. the late 1990's Tyson would lose a fight to the late 1980's Tyson.
