Surely finding Madeleine, one way or the other, is the most important thing, even after all this time?

  1. I simply couldn't care less

  2. I agree that finding her is of paramount importance but that's not to excuse the negligent parenting that led to her disappearance. To leave three tiny children unprotected is unforgivable and The McCanns should be treated in the same way as any working class parents who deliberately neglect their childrens well-being.

  3. I think think they mean make Maddy's parents suffer more and all that implies for the other children.

  4. The monster who took Maddy punished her parents enough but the baying for blood types need them to suffer even more so they can get their rocks off.

  5. Personally, I don't think they're going to find her, especially alive. The "Justice" as far as I know is just the capturing and prosecuting of who ever kidnapped and more than likely killed the young girl. Most of the attention has moved off of a "stranger" aspect onto the parents. Many people want the case to be freely discussed as to promote that there is no tolerance for child abuse and kidnappings. There are many reported instances where the McCanns want to find a way to push attention and blame away from them. Many outlets are trying to show all of the shady acts they are committing in order to get "Justice for Maddy" and her tragic disappearance.

  6. Prosecute those responsible for her disappearance ie. her parents.

  7. Unfortunately, it is extremely unlikely that the poor soul is still alive. What we need to see now is justice being done, it is only technicalities that are allowing the killer(s) to be free !

  8. In your world do you ever multi task? Or can you only do one thing at a time.

Heres a thought. How bout we try to find Madeleine AND prosecute those who's actions led to her disappearance.

it is possible to do two things at once.

  9. Agree Skidoo

  10. Who are "They"?

  11. What I mean when I say I want justice for Madeleine =

Whoever is to blame for her disappearance & ultimately what has become of her, has to be held accountable in a court of law. Also, yes that she is found & if necessary, laid to rest.

  12. I see what you mean - it sounds like they are implying that she had died and now want justice for her, i.e. the perpetrator caught. Interesting choice of words isn't it.

  13. I presume by 'they', you mean those who don't condone child neglect?

I think Justice for Maddy is a natural desire for those parents who love and have never taken a chance on their child's welfare. As Madeleine's parents have proved where their priorities lie, those who care are seeking justice for the forgotten one who 'disappeared' while her parents stepped beyond the line and are totally irresponsible, incapable and unwilling to 'begin and end' the story... 'Questions and Answers' ....

  14. Finding Madeleine is what everyone wants to do, no matter what views we hold.  And that takes priority over everything else.

However, someone must be held to account for her disappearance.  As yet we don't know who abducted her or what exactly happened to her so we cannot bring the abductor to justice.

We DO know that if she and her siblings had been properly taken care of and looked after, then she would never have been put in danger.   So yes, I believe her parents should also be held accountable as she was, or should have been, in their care.   If they are not charged with neglect then it sends a message to all parents that it is okay to go out for  a drink and leave babies alone and unprotected.    Anything else would make a mockery out of the whole justice system.

After all, if it's okay for 2 educated doctors then it should be okay for a single mum to pop in next door for a drunken party.

  15. We don't know what justice for Maddy is until we know what actually happened to her, and to do that she needs to be found.

  16. Yes it is, but she (and the twins) should never have been left alone in the first place.  Total irresponsible parenting! Surely she would more than likely be safe and well had she not been left?

  17. In a word, witch hunt.

  18. Aw, still waters run deep..

  19. Definitely it is.

  20. Yes, but will they ever. I dont think so after this length of time
