What do they mean when they say dr pepper has 21 flavors?

Some of the ingredients are Worcestershire sauce, brine, jet fuel, and nicotine.

Dr. Pepper has 21 flavours because there are a variety of spices/herbs in it. No, it's does not mean that Dr. Pepper has 21 different soda pop flavours. You are suppose to taste a little of vanilla, cinnamon, and among other ingredients. Perhaps some anise, cocoa, blackberry, etc.? I'm not exactly sure, but, I can definitely taste the vanilla and cinnamon in  it.

yea that always made me wonder what kind of flavors they put in there
