I just had my first boxing class today and they were so strict about the part when they say "breathe" when you punch. A lot of people in my classes were also making weird noises while they were punching. so i tried doing that too but it wasnt working out lol. So what is the proper way of breathing while you're punching.

  1. it means exhale through your nose when you punch, so you dont get winded easily. also you get less tired it helps alot.

you can get much information in this website, stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, you can aslo get your answer in Google Search in this website, which has helped me alot

  3. Its like when you exersice, say you do a situp you'll breath out as you come up and in as you go down.Or if you were doing a bench press you'll breath out as you push the bar up and in as you bring the bar down, its to feed the muscles oxygen so they don't cramp up. and you can gain extra power from this technique too like when a martial arts guy shouts or screams when he kicks or punches.. you should master this breathing technique it will also make you last longer in a fight as your body gets more oxygen. If you don't use these techniques your all so likley to become dissy  in training and wake up the next day stiffer than you should, so try throwing a single left and breath out hard at the same time  then throw a single right and breath out hard say 40 of each hand  2 times a day at least and it should soon come natral. hope this helps good look with your boxing
