Dont raise your testosterone.  its unhealthy and if you are younger then 23 then forget it.  GNC should be used for buying protein powder or creatine.  Anything else they sell there is garbage.  They hype up there stuff and a lot of it is mostly mental and does absolutely nothing.  eating healthy fats like nuts or olive oil is the only healthy way to raise testosterone levels
