the shoes and the back are very out of place. use a clutch instead of a huge back, and wear white heels that are plain pumps or strappy- loafer heels are gross.

I think that this outfit is really great for a wedding! The only thing I suggest is picking a different jacket without a gold buckle. Just a plain white jacket would be cute.

but i don't think its fancy enough to wear it to a wedding especially a family's wedding

I don't like the jacket, and the shoes and bag don't match. Try a more feminine looking cardigan in a brighter color, and choose shoes and a bag that match that style.
