  1. better value than the cricket, that was havin a right "tin bath"

  2. I also saw the report on Scrum V yesterday. The fact that tickets are going to businessmen with no interest in the game is ruining the atmosphere at big games. Even at Welsh internationals in Cardiff, you don't realy get the sing and cheering that you used to get. As for the fact that the teams in the european cup rugby only get 9,000 tickets each, that is ridiculous. It looks as if the big games aren't available to most of us now.

  3. I think that its a joke! They shouldnt make us pay that much just to go and watch a rugby match (even though the matches are good).

  4. The prices of the tickets is a joke. But not as bad as the fact that most of the seats are corperate tickets and when you tch the game you see loads of empty seats where they have not even bothered to turn up.

Why dont the tickets that are not going to be used be reissued to the real fans at a sensible price. Or even better let the corperate firms pay for their own tickets as well. Maybe then there wont be the need for such stupid prices

       Saw the other day

Scotland verse romania prices start from £9 going to £39

Scotland Verse All Blacks Prices start from £38 going to £150 .

Says it all. all the games should be the same prices weather you are watching England , Scotland , The All Blacks or one of the smaller nations.

Let the real fans get the tickets for sensible prices.

  5. Just be thankfull you have rugby. In america you cant see top flight rugb, and if we could it would cost a lt more than that!

  6. i think it is o.k. it will be a sell out .

  7. The way that things are going they will only be selling tickets to the Coperate supporters & not to the true fans who love to go & watch the games.

  8. Far too expensive.

And 30% of tickets are corporate ones.

If you get the group packages the price is OK,

but then you obviously need to take all that time off work.

When Wales hosted Australia last November, the top-priced ticket at the Millennium Stadium was £45. A ticket for the same seat in the same stadium to see the same fixture at the World Cup is £164.

The money will never come back into rugby either.

As usual it'll stay at the top level of the few elite countries.

  9. bloody expensive.i saw france v wales in the 6 nations for just 74 €

  10. I loathe paying the £25 odd quid to go and see the team I support play, let alone the £50 odd quid for a Twick ticket, but paying some of the prices to go to the World Cup.... No way, I would rather sit down the pub and enjoy the game over a few beers.

  11. It is a rip off!

This selling to corporates has to stop! It is ruining the game for the true fans!

At the end of the day it comes down to cash..............for the big guns who don't know a drop goal from a fecking penalty and a try from a scrum!

  12. if you want tickets for the wold cup find someone who lives in France to get them for you. plenty of Brits live there now and you will not get ripped off. or join the supporters club.
