What do trantulas eat?

im thinking of getting one as apet

but i dont know waht they eat? any help? also are they posinous?

They eat worms and crickets, that you can buy in usually increments of 10 at pet stores.  Live feeding is a necessity!

They are not going to be poisonous if you are buying them at a pet store, but they can bite and many have hairs that they can shoot out when they feel threatened.  Just be sure not to over handle them and you should be fine!

most of them arent dangerous to people - they can eat crickets and hoppers and stuff aswell as mice

live insects and worms. they are not venomous, but can bite. they rarely do. an allergic reaction to the bite or an infection would be the worst case scenario. They are great. don&#039;t forget to mist him each morning, dehydration kills alot of captive spiders.
