  1. Technically they don't "create" high frequencies ... they "reproduce" high frequencies.  Typically about 2.5 khz and up.


  2. They create high frequency sounds.

  3. Stereos have highs/mids/lows

    Subs = Lows

    5-6in = Mids

    Tweeters = Highs
