  1. 60 degrees or higher. and i live in cincinnati so relatively similar weather.

  2. I would wear shorts in anything above 40 (rain or shine), but would have a hoodie or jacket for anything below 55-60.

  3. 60 degrees

  4. I usually wear shorts when it's 50 degrees or higher no matter what time of year. Here on Long Island,NY, 50 degrees is considered too cold for shorts, but I get hot really easily while most people are dressed in winter jackets. Most people here wear shorts when it's in the upper 50's to low 60's. 50 degrees is probably the average shorts weather where you're from.

  5. Early spring = highs at least in the upper 50s with sunshine.

Late spring = highs at least in the mid 60s.

Summer/early fall = anything where it gets above 70 and isn't too cold in the morning.

Mid-fall = highs above 65 but not on cold mornings.

November through February = rarely shorts weather except on special occasions.

This time of year any time of day when it's above 50 and not raining, shorts feel good. Especially since we haven't had a lot of warm weather so far, which thins out our blood.

I live in Eugene, Oregon.  Check out the Web to find out more about our seasonal average temperatures.

  6. I'm always cold.  So for me 68F or above.
