  1. Ice and elevation

    A brace wouldn't hurt, even an ace wrap.


  2. Stay off it, put ice on it, take some advil.

  3. Soft tissue injuries can take a while to heal. Keep your foot elevated and put ice on it to reduce swelling.  

  4. Me! I would lay down and focus of the pain signal immediately after the accident and fix it. Since I have years of practice at fixing things it would get done at a extraordinary or miraculous rate.
