I usually don't do much, actually.

If it's a school day, I go to school and I get little presents and gifts and cards and candy from my friends, and then give out candy or brownies at lunchtime to my lunch table (same friends). Then I go home after school and do homework and have a semi-special dinner. Then on the nearest weekend, my family has a birthday party for me.

If my birthday is on a weekend, I just spend the weekend normally and then have a birthday dinner at my house with my family only.

I go shopping too, a few weeks later using the money I get.

Not much... My family never had enough money to throw big parties which was perfectly fine with me! I get 1 present from my family, and cards and money, sometimes, from relatives. There is one thing we ALWAYS do though. We ALWAYS go out to eat for dinner! And if we have enough money, we go to a movie! My birthdays are always simple but I love just spending time with my family during them!

I am very fond of Cards, so all my birthday cards since from my childhood are very pricious to me and belive me I have preseved all of them. My father and myself are sharing same birth date and are very close to each other, so this is a very special day for us and we always make a point to celebrate this day together, whatever may the sitituation be. My mother  throws a party for us and we really enjoy this day with family and friends.

I try to spend it with my family but they are always too busy. So I usually end up going shopping by myself. Then when my family is able to get together with me,I'll get some presents or be taken out to lunch or dinner.
