  1. Depends what kind of sadness...

    If its being hurt-by-a-boy kinda sadness I'll listen to music that relates to the way I'm feeling, eat chocolate and spend time with my friends having fun and laughing heaps.

    If its a different kind of sadness, I'll go out and do things... to get my mind off the way I'm feeling...

    Please answer my question: (I'm sad about it!)

  2. take up my hobbies to get my mind off of what ever was making me sad.

  3. It depends what is making me sad. If it's just a blue mood, sometimes I indulge myself and have a good cry or a sleep. Otherwise, getting up and active usually shifts things. Just do some houswork or get some exercise. Sometimes talking helps and I will ring a friend who is positive and likely to cheer me up and take my mind off tings rather than listen to me moaning on and making myself feel worse.  

    Also, you can try to do something which you really like, have a nice bath with bubbles and music, read a book or magazine, watch a film or comedy DVD, make plans to do something with a friend.  

  4. well me i take me time if im really sad a day off where i just relax and focus on me and why i am sad just relax it some junk food watch tv

  10. aside from crying,i watch a lot of comedy films these lessens my sadness and thus make me laugh and laugh,sometimes i call my best friends just to talk and unburden myself.our life is a combination of sadness and happiness and whatever comes our way,there's always a reason for it,along this path,one always learn some good lessons in it.

  11. sleep, listen to music, journal, paint/draw, eat.... lol. none of these things actually truly work to make you feel that much better, but it does give you a good excuse to feel emo and wallow in your own self pity for a while so that by the end of it you feel like there's nothing left to be sad about.

    stuff , till it is out of my system.

    I just asked for help and i was really suprised when so

    many people responded , in such a kind way.

    The next day is always different...take it easy and believe

    in yourself.
