  1. "A change is as good as a cure." Stop what you're doing and go somewhere to get a different perspective on life, either  the mall, downtown, mountains, lake or seashore, whatever applies where you live. And who knows, maybe someone else is also there to escape the blahs, and your eyes meet...


  2. swimming,and do yoga

  3. Think about the good things in your life, do stuff that makes you happy, and don't think about what is upsetting you, depending on what it is.

  4. listen to music, talk to someone, sometimes I think the best way to cheer up is to just get out of the house for a while. That way you don't have time to think about being sad and it just makes me feel better. hope this helps :)
