If she doesn't have one buy her a cell phone, ipod , or camera. Also for a cheaper solution get her gift cards. If you know her style I think she would love getting some new clothes. If she does have an ipod get her an itunes gift card.

an mp3 player...you can get a cheap one for about 30 dollars and as long as she has a computer she can load all her favorite songs on it.

If she's a tomboy you could get her a football, soccerball, rugby ball, skateboard, bike etc or you could get her something to do with the sport or outdoor activity. If a game or sports event is happening in your area you could take her to one of those.

If she's girly I'm a little clueless since I've always been a tomboy you could get her makeup, um... clothes.... jewelery... and thats all I could think of. If you really can't think of anything just get her a giftcard and let her chose. Ipods are never a bad idea too.

money and gift cards are pretty boring in my opinion, but if you really don't know what she likes, that would be best. you could try CDs, purses, a diary, computer game, tickets to a concert, makeup, hair things, clothes, bating suit, books, or clothes.
