If that's the case, the movie is really bloody and violent, but the story is really good. I think what Mel Gibson, in his mind, is trying to do is make the movie a metaphor for what kind of suffering will take place at the end of the world, or the Apocalypse (if you're not Christian).

...I don't know of a movie called ocalipto, so if you really mean that then sorry.
